With luxurious on-site lodging, thoughtfully curated spaces, and seamless flow from ceremony to celebration, Trailhead offers an unforgettable setting to begin your next chapter.
Package One:
• Full-day venue rental (12 hours) 10 am - 10pm
• Rehearsal on morning of or day before if available
• Private outdoor ceremony and indoor reception space
• Subject to change based on weather
• Private bridal suite and groom’s lounge
• 10 Standard tables & reception chairs (100), ceremony chairs (100), and arbor
• 3 portable bars
• On-site venue manager
• 50% upfront
• 90 days prior to event date - Next 25%
• 30 days prior to event date - Final payment
Package Two:
Mountain Elegance Package, plus:
• Complimentary 5 Bedroom Cabin
• Setup and breakdown of all events
• 10 cabins held exclusively for wedding guests until 3 months prior to the wedding date
• Includes 2 complimentary cabins for the couple: one or two-bedroom cabins for a 2-night stay surrounding the wedding date, based on current availability.
• Shuttle service via golf carts to and from cabins
• Cake cutting
• Custom Registry Website built for Bride and Groom including cabin booking links, registry, and more
• Use of The Greenhouse for Rehearsal Dinner
• 50% upfront
• 90 days prior to event date - Next 25%
• 30 days prior to event date - Final payment
Package Three:
Smoky Mountain Bliss Package, plus:
• Exclusive use of the entire Trailhead Property from 3:00 pm Friday - 11:00 am Sunday
• Luxury Lodging included for 5 bedroom cabin for a total of 2 nights (Friday and Saturday nights)
• Includes all 15 cabins complimentary for Friday and Saturday night
• Reception area for rehearsal dinner Friday Night (up to 100 people)
• Rehearsal Dinner Coordination (F&B not included)
• Farewell Brunch Coordination for up to 30 guests (F&B not included)
• Bartenders and Service Staff Provided
• One add-on experience of your choice for up to $100/person up to 10 people
• Custom Registry Website built for Bride and Groom including cabin booking links, registry, and more
• Private use of The Greenhouse for rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch
• $15,000 upfront
• 90 days prior to event date - Next 50%

You’ll have exclusive access to our Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge, each thoughtfully designed for beauty, comfort, and convenience. Located right on site, there’s no need to coordinate transportation or rush from one place to another just arrive, relax, and let the day unfold.
In the Bridal Suite, soft lighting, elegant details, and plush seating set the scene for hair and makeup, champagne toasts, and heartfelt moments with your bridal party. With ample space and timeless décor, it’s perfect for those getting-ready photos you'll cherish forever.
The Groom’s Lounge offers a sophisticated retreat with rich textures, lounge seating, a stocked bar, and even a pool table ideal for unwinding, celebrating with your crew, and getting suited up in style.
These suites were designed with intention - to give you space to feel calm, confident, and completely present as your day begins.
