Trailhead Venues was founded by a seasoned wedding photographer and videographer who has captured hundreds of love stories across the country. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, the Bridal Suite offers six makeup vanities, soft natural lighting, a private outdoor pergola, and refined architectural details. This serene, photo-ready space is the perfect retreat for the bride and her party to prepare, unwind, and enjoy the moments leading up to the ceremony. With rustic charm and a relaxed whiskey lounge atmosphere, the Groom’s Lounge features a private bar, entertainment area, pool table, lockers, and an outdoor patio. The Grand Hall leaves a lasting impression with its towering castle-style front door, reclaimed wood ceilings, and full-glass walls that showcase panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. Outdoor Patio

This covered cocktail area, elegantly strung with warm lights and overlooking the scenic Smoky Mountains, offers a charming and relaxed space for guests to mingle between the ceremony and reception. Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is a true Hartley-style structure — an intimate, all-glass space filled with natural light, perfect for cozy dinners, cocktail-style gatherings, or stunning photo moments. It comfortably seats around 20 guests and brings a romantic, greenhouse-garden charm to any event. The most popular use of this space is for first looks, reading of letters, and sunset portraits.

Glass Pavilion

The Glass Pavilion is a larger indoor/outdoor climate controlled venue space with sliding glass doors, seating up to 50 guests. It includes tables and chairs and is ideal for rehearsal dinners, welcome events, or elevated cocktail hours.
